Even courgettes adore this way of cooking.
About 8 servings:
– 1 kg of zucchini
– 1 cup of flour
– oil for frying
Cut zucchini into oblong slices. We combine flour with salt. We light the courgettes in flour. In a frying pan in hot olive oil, fry zucchini until golden brown. We serve warm. They can also be sprinkled with grated cheese (Parmesan cheese or other yellow hard cheese).
