About 5 servings:
– 50 g of liquid
– 1/4 cup of oil
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– half a cup of rice
– salt pepper
Soak the liquid through the night. Drain the next day. In a saucepan in olive oil, brown the finely chopped onion. Then add water. After boiling it, add liquid, salt, pepper. Cook until lightly softened. Then add the washed rice and cook for about 15 minutes.
We can also cook it without rice – it is also tasty.
