About 4 servings:
– half a head of finely chopped cabbage
– half a cup of rice
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– half a glass of oil
– chopped celery or parsley
– tomato puree
– salt pepper
Fry the onion in olive oil in a saucepan, then chopped cabbage. Then pour in some water, add puree (little), salt, pepper, celery. After light boiling, add the washed rice and cook for about 15 minutes. until the rice is soft. Add some water if necessary.
After laying on a plate, you can sprinkle with a few drops of lemon.
As an addition to the dish you can give feta cheese or yellow cheese.
